Event Planning

We will meet with you to discuss your vision and budget for your event

Research and manage all of your vendors: Venue, Photographer, DJ, Caterer, Entertainment, Videographer, Florist, Hair/Makeup, Transportation, etc.

Assist in creation and distribution of event timeline and family/wedding party timelines

Assist in collaborating on floor plans, checklists, and seating charts

Attend final walkthrough

Attend rehearsal dinner to facilitate overview of ceremony

10 Hours for day-of coordination

Day-of Coordination

We will meet with you to get an overview of your event and discuss what you will need assistance with on the day of your event

Direct vendors and act as a liaison to answer questions

Oversee setup of decorations

Manage timeline throughout the event (getting ready, ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, speeches, send-off, etc.)

Take care of personal items/oversee clean up at the end of event

Serve as point of contact for entirety of event

Attend rehearsal dinner to facilitate overview of ceremony
